Additional Prescription Fee – Buying Instructions
The prescription fee covers one client consultation and one prescription only.
🔹 One prescription fee will automatically be added to your order at checkout.
🔹 This covers products prescribed for one named client only.
If the products in your basket are intended for more than one client, you must purchase an additional prescription fee for each additional client.
Important Information:
Each client must have a separate consultation and separate prescription.
If you are ordering products for two clients, you must ensure two prescription fees are paid.
If you are ordering for three clients, you must ensure three prescription fees are paid, and so on.
If additional prescription fees are not added:
The prescription will be issued under one client’s consultation details only.
We cannot retrospectively amend prescriptions once issued.
Delays may occur while outstanding fees are resolved.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct number of prescription fees are added to your order.
Failure to do so may result in delays or compliance issues.
