DELIVERY POLICY

Ampika’s Aesthetics Training School

1. Overview  
These Delivery Terms, Conditions & Policy outline the procedures and responsibilities relating to the dispatch and delivery of all products and equipment supplied by Ampika’s Aesthetics Training School.

Products are dispatched via one of the following methods:  
- From a CQC-registered pharmacy (prescription items)  
- From the training school directly (non-prescription/dry stock)  

2. Prescription Products (Pharmacy Dispatch)  
Where products are classified as prescription-only items (including but not limited to botulinum toxin), the following applies:

- Products will be dispatched directly from a CQC-registered pharmacy  
- Delivery will be made via DPD courier service  
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch  

Customer Responsibilities:  
- You must ensure you are available to receive and sign for the delivery  
- These products are transported under temperature-controlled conditions  
- Upon receipt, you must ensure the product is immediately stored in a refrigerator in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines  
- You are responsible for ensuring all prescription details and delivery information provided are accurate

Failure to accept delivery or properly store the product may compromise its efficacy, for which Ampika’s Aesthetics accepts no liability.

3. Non-Prescription Products (Training School Dispatch)  
For all non-prescription items (dry stock):

- Orders will be dispatched directly from the training school  
- Delivery will be made via Royal Mail or equivalent courier  
- A tracking number will be issued once the item has been dispatched  

4. Delivery Responsibility  
Once any product has been dispatched from either the pharmacy or the training school:

- The responsibility transfers to the customer  
- You are responsible for:
  - Providing the correct delivery address
  - Ensuring availability to receive the parcel
  - Monitoring delivery via the tracking information provided  

Ampika’s Aesthetics Training School accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or missed deliveries.

5. Damaged or Missing Items  
In the event of any discrepancies, including damaged or missing items:

- You must notify the training school immediately upon receipt  
- Claims must be supported with evidence (e.g. photographs)  

Refund Policy:  
- Refunds are not provided  
- Where a product is confirmed as damaged, a replacement item will be issued

6. Machinery & Equipment  
Machinery and equipment are supplied via third-party suppliers and are subject to separate terms and conditions.

- All machinery includes a 12-month warranty  
- Delivery is subject to specific timescales, which vary depending on the supplier  
- Customers are required to review individual product listings on the website for full delivery details and timelines  

7. General Terms  
- All customers must ensure that accurate order, prescription, and delivery details are provided at the time of purchase  
- Ampika’s Aesthetics Training School reserves the right to refuse claims where customer responsibilities have not been met
