Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a coenzyme central to metabolism. It is found in every cell in your body and is essential for creating cellular energy and maintaining cellular health. NAD levels decline with age, resulting in, and affecting the health status in aging. NAD injections and intravenous therapy can help the body to maintain optimum levels of NAD, which is crucial for our body's wellness.
The Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is produced in 2ml ampoules.
Please ensure to administer this NAD into the Deltoid or Gluteus Medius muscle. The guidance below is for intramuscular (IM) use of the NAD product.
(For IV, you will need to refer your trainer/training manual for the correct dosage and protocol). THESE ARE GUIDLEINES ONLY. This strength of NAD can be administered in the following ways:
An uploading course of one injection, per week, for 4 weeks is recommended, for individuals to receive the optimal benefits. Please find below, the recommended dosage information for this product.
The starting dose for NAD+ is 50mg (1ml) for the first 3 weeks (one appointment, per week for 3 weeks).
If your client tolerates the first NAD injections well in those 3 weeks (50mg/1ml), then increase to 100mg (2ml ampoule) at the 4 week appointment.
You can administer 100mg (full 2ml) of the NAD to an individual monthly, after the initial build up to 100mg. Or if individuals would like weekly 100mg/2ml injections, this is a safe amount to administer.
Please do not administer more than this recommended amount.
Do not use with other vitamin injections (as of yet, we are not aware of the potential interactions/complications).
Observe your client for 15 mins post injection.
Do not administer more than stated above, although NAD+ is water soluble and is not stored in the body. If too much NAD+ is administered it can lead to side effects, including headache, nausea and dizziness.
The absorption rate for an NAD injection is between 85-95%. The body will disperse any wasted amount through the urinary system or integumentary system. Please put your client’s safety as a priority, research and read your training manual/documents thoroughly, before offering this treatment.
