- If there's any fault with the machine, we will replace your machine and give you a new machine, making sure that it hasn't been damaged by yourself.
- It is purely a fault by the manufacturer and that's where you warranty will be accepted and not made null and void.
- If it is down to accidental damage, the responsibility lies with yourself to replace that machine or purchase a new one.
